Would you like to help us help others with their MSP billing issues, legacy processes and compliance with the ever-changing Teleplan environment?

If you’ve answered yes. then you want to join our team We have a multi-tiered, serve all billing approach, with our own software, mobile app, billing specialist team and developers, which is a pleasure to support and grow, and we would like another professional billing support/analyst to join our ever-expanding team of awesomeness Is it you?

**Our new colleague should have the following Knowledge and Abilities**:

- In-depth experience with BC MSP billing rules and procedures
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience and previous use of Medical EMR systems
- Analytical approach to solving issues
- Knowledge of and previous use of Microsoft Office suite, including:

- Excel
- Word
- Outlook
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check
- Bilingualism is an asset

**Examples of Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Rejections
- MSP billing rules
- Billing procedures
- Work Safe, Out of Province, Private Insurer and Private Pay claims
- Investigate billing rejections and anomalies
- Review Teleplan broadcast messages
- Provide administrative support to Billing Manager, as required
- Troubleshoot tier 1 billing software issues
- Username/password
- Login trouble
- Assist in analyzing billing reports for trends, process enhancements and issue identification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,224.19-$66,652.29 per year
