**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and coordinates staff questions to the regulated electricity distribution business, develops the written submissions expressing the views on certain issues identified, and prepares briefing notes, as needed
- Works with applicants and stakeholders to clarify issues in various conferences as needed

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in analyzing large amounts of data and converting analysis into quantitative and qualitative information used for business decisions
- 4+ years’ experience reviewing,preparing, and analyzing the financial and operational information; clarifying and identifying the issues; gathering information and evidence to support business decisions; and, communicating the information and analysis to assist with the decision making
- Proven track record to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure, and juggling multiple priorities at once
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a regulated industry and/or public utility is an asset
- CPA is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, prioritizing, problem-solving, and time management skills
