Elite Travel specializes in corporate travel. Specifically, our clients are companies that spends anywhere from $300,000 to $15,000,000 in annual commercial travel. From NHL hockey clubs to public and private companies, we step in to deliver an ROI to our clients through a transparent business model.

**The Person**:

Travel excites you and heading out for a pint or a pop after work is right up your alley. Okay.. maybe even a few karaoke songs up your sleeve.
**Qualifications**:
- A CA, preferably with a CPA designation
- A minimum of 10 years in a similar role
- Well travelled a preference though not a requirement
- Leadership experience preferred
- Microsoft business central experience an asset
- Ability to speak with C suite within our clients organization
- Experience with managing bank relationships
- Month end close off experience
**The Role**:
Reporting to the CEO, you will be involved with all key areas of this rapidly growing company Priority is to ensure all client data balances to zero and is accurate. This includes participating in the weekly reconciliation of $500,000 + in company travel across 100 + organizations.
Key duties:
- Month end close off
- Year end close off
- Expenses
- Budget forecasting
- Client facing trouble shooting
- Leading a small internal finance team
- Weekly budget updates
- Strategy to reduce costs
- Negotiate with clients/vendors
- Payroll processing
- Microsoft Business Central platform management (back office)
- Respond to clients with an under promise and over deliver approach
- ACH payments, EFT reconciliation, PAD collections
- A rapidly growing company, you will have your plate full wearing multiple hats within the organization - passion a must
- Late night month ends, along with weekly reconciliation requirements
- Hiring and mentoring within
- Responsible for key financial metrics and growth
**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive salary with incentives that align with our revenue growth. You will have access to a HSA at the completion of probation. You start with 3 weeks holiday and that quickly escalates to 4 weeks (because hey, we are in travel, you should be out seeing the world). At the completion of year two you are eligible for a employee stock program. Travel perks and opportunities, too.
