We integrate a wide variety of cutting-edge technologies, such as surface mount electronics, laser machining, CNC machining, and mold making for composite materials. We are continuously expanding and evolving our facilities to support growth and development.

The **Machine Shop Supervisor** joins a team of manufacturing professionals with the goal of increasing both through-put and quality. Success in this role requires leadership, with a strong background in CNC machinery, as well as experience with mills, lathes, sheet metal and welding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of operators, programmers and technicians
- Ensure efficient machine use
- Communicate with scheduling to complete orders on time
- Utilize ERP to improve efficiency
- Improve manufacturing processes
- Suggest machinery improvements
- Recommend and implement waste reduction techniques
- Ensure Lean principles are adhered to throughout the facility
- Support a team of engineers, production staff and research and development with your expertise

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years management experience in a production environment
- 3+ years experience with CNC machinery
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership and mentoring abilities through proven employment experience
- Strong, analytical, computer and problem-solving skills
