**Position Overview**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up our retail store showcase and ensuring it meets our customers' expectations. We’re seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and deliver excellence daily. The position requires a 5-day work week, including weekends, with shifts starting at 6:30 AM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Setting up the retail showcase before store opening
- Working independently with attention to detail and knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out)
- Using or willingness to learn how to properly use a seafood saw for cutting
- Assisting customers with inquiries, packing orders, answering phones, and handling product requests
- Managing cash transactions efficiently
- Adhering to cleaning guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Serving customers from the showcase when required
- Ensuring strict adherence to food safety practices, including hand hygiene and FIFO standards

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to be trained in the proper handling and cutting of seafood.
- Customer service experience is an asset.
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and willingness to follow cleaning procedures.

**Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
- Comfortable working in cold environments.
- Handling of various seafood products is required.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
