Demonstrated commitment to promoting a safe working environment,

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Education in related fields preferred.

2- 5 years related experience in logistics, inventory and warehousing

Previous experience supervising shipping and receiving activities in a warehouse operation is an asset

A demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team environment.

Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office software and ERP software,

Experience with a variety of shipping/receiving methods including small parcel, LTL, full truck load, flat bed container, ocean and sea freight.

Excellent attention to detail

Experience with forklifts, pump trucks, etc.

**The position responsibilities include**:
Ensure all work is performed safe manner,

Prioritize work

Inventory control and management

Ensure quality and safety of products and shipments (BRC)

Ensure all orders are picked and completed in a timely manner,

Work with purchasers on receiving discrepancies,

Coordinate accurate picking and packing of customer orders,

Works with Department Managers to resolve any freight problems,

Prepares BOL for all shipments and enter data into shipping log,

Works with accounting, customer service and manufacturing to coordinate shipments as payment is received and equipment is produced,

Supervise loading of trucks and containers to ensure a safe and secure shipment,

Completes inventory location changes for inventory items,

Maintain work area to ensure warehouse is kept in an orderly state,

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
