Early Childhood Educator

Hope, Canada Mossy Branches Preschool & Daycare Full time

Duties:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the classroom
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Use effective time management skills to ensure that daily routines and activities are carried out smoothly
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Utilize computerized systems for record-keeping and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with young children in an early childhood setting is a Plus
- Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a classroom
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
