We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mushroom Grower to join our team.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computerized Growing room climate and watering system.
- Responsible for ensuring all crop management requirements are met; optimize production and quality while minimizing cost.
- Oversee the Growing rooms ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Review and prioritize all growing-related jobs.
- Analyze crop data to implement successful growing strategies.
- Ensure preventative maintenance is completed on the climate and watering system.
- Review production needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain daily communication with other necessary departments, providing them with daily/weekly Growing rooms updates.

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- The ability to work at heights.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Flexible, Reliable.
- Own transportation
