Optometric Assistant

Looking for a Highly motivated, energetic, organized individual who has experience in management, sales and office related skills. Must be a quick learner, mature and reliable individual

Responsibilities include: answering phones, booking appointments, organizing and filing charts, patient interaction and data collection, maintaining an organized and neat workspace, selling products, other miscellaneous clerical duties as needed.

Requirements: - Able to proficiently use a computer, work in a fast paced environment, good language and writing skills - Able to work independently as well as part of a team - Able to multi-task and problem solve - Excellent people and communication skills.

Previous office/ administrative experience required. Eyecare experience beneficial.

Full-time. Able to work dayshifts during the week and occasional evenings/weekends. South Wpg.

Available immediately. Must be able to train during the day.

Starting Salary $13.50 per hour depending on experience.
