Reporting to the Head Waiter, the server is responsible for providing quality service to customers in a dining establishment. You will be the main interface between customers and the kitchen, ensuring they have a pleasant and satisfying experience. Here are the main tasks associated with this position:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and provide recommendations if necessary.
- Serve dishes and beverages efficiently and elegantly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the speed and accuracy of orders.
- Handle payments and transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with the menu, specials, and modifications to dishes.
- Adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and customer orientation.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience as a server is an asset.

**Languages**: Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is required for this position as we serve an international clientele.
