We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor's responsibilities will include inventory accuracy, improving processes, and supervising warehouse staff. This position will work Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m.—3:30 p.m.).

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
- Oversee the replenishment and management of Kanban parts in warehouse and assembly areas.
- Collaborate closely with the scheduler and plant manager to meet work order deadlines
- Perform daily cycle counts and conduct thorough root cause analysis to address discrepancies.
- Provide quick, practical solutions to any issues or concerns that arise throughout the day.
