**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Install and repair flooring, drywall, and other structural components.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on various systems and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality service.
- Manage inventory of tools, materials, and supplies required for tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a handyman/woman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of various trades, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and the ability to perform manual labour.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification or formal training in relevant trades.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
