**Ce poste est un contrat à temps plein de 6 mois, avec possibilité de devenir permanent par la suite.**

**Description d’emploi**:
**Ce que vous ferez**:

- Gestion des réseaux : Concevoir, implémenter et gérer l'infrastructure LAN/WAN, en garantissant une haute disponibilité et performance.
- Intégration cloud : Maintenir des solutions cloud, notamment dans AWS, pour améliorer la scalabilité et la sécurité de nos opérations IT.
- Renforcement de la sécurité : Diriger des initiatives de durcissement des systèmes, d'évaluation des vulnérabilités, et mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité, y compris les pare-feux, systèmes de détection d'intrusion, VPN, et conformité aux normes de sécurité (CIS, PCI, SOX).
- Surveillance : Surveiller en continu les performances du système, le trafic réseau, et les journaux de sécurité, en prenant des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
- Optimisation de l'infrastructure : Optimiser l'infrastructure IT pour la performance, la fiabilité et la scalabilité, incluant les serveurs, réseaux et solutions de stockage.
- Automatisation et script : Développer et déployer des scripts d'automatisation (PowerShell, Python) pour rationaliser les opérations IT et améliorer l'efficacité.
- Gestion des incidents : Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les incidents IT escaladés, en assurant une résolution rapide et un minimum de temps d'arrêt. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels, logiciels et réseaux en temps opportun.
- Gestion des changements : Mettre en œuvre et superviser les processus de gestion des changements pour garantir des déploiements fluides et contrôlés des mises à jour et modifications de l'environnement IT.
- Gestion des appareils : Gérer et sécuriser une gamme variée d'appareils incluant les ordinateurs de bureau, portables et appareils mobiles, en utilisant des solutions MDM.
- Sauvegarde et récupération : Développer et maintenir des plans de sauvegarde et de reprise après sinistre, en garantissant l'intégrité et la disponibilité des données.
- Gestion de projets : Utiliser des outils de planification de projets tels qu'Atlassian Jira pour gérer et finaliser les projets à temps.
- Collaboration: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour intégrer des solutions IT aux processus métier et améliorer la productivité globale.
- Support au développement de jeux : Gérer et optimiser les systèmes de contrôle de version Perforce et les environnements Unreal Engine pour soutenir nos processus de développement de jeux, en garantissant une collaboration fluide et des flux de travail efficaces.
- Documentation et formation : Maintenir une documentation complète des systèmes et processus IT, et fournir des formations au personnel IT pour assurer le transfert de connaissances et la continuité opérationnelle.

**Ce que vous apportez**:

- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en ingénierie des systèmes IT et en opérations, avec un accent sur le support réseau.
- Maîtrise de Windows 11, Windows Server, administration Linux.
- Expérience avérée et étendue en sécurité réseau et gestion des réseaux (Juniper, Sophos).
- Solide connaissance des principes et technologies réseau (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, pare-feux).
- Expérience avec les technologies de virtualisation telles que VMware et Hyper-V.
- Compétences en script et automatisation avec PowerShell, Python ou des langages similaires.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Bilingue en anglais et en français avec d'excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles, capable de travailler sous pression, d'assister efficacement les employés et d'expliquer des concepts IT complexes de manière compréhensible.
- Certifications : Les certifications pertinentes telles que CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA ou AWS Certified sont fortement souhaitées.
