**Position Overview**:
We are seeking Journeyman and Apprentice Pipefitters for a Turnaround in Cochrane, AB. Here are the details:

- **Start Date**: September 16
- **End Date**: Approximately September 23
- **Rate**: Journeyman EMP $45/hour | DSP $60/hour
- **LOA or Travel Allowance** based on place of residence
- **Shifts**: 12 hours (Day or Night)

**_ Qualifications & Education_**

Journeyman Certificate or active apprenticeship (3rd year or 4th Year)

Experience in the Oil & Gas industry

CSTS or CSO

Certified **Fall Protection**

Certified **Confined Space** **Entry

Certified **H2S Alive**

Valid Full Class 5 Driver’s License

Pre-Access D&A

EWP and First Aid (preferred)

Effective Communication and problem-solving skills.

Exercise good judgement on complex decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities_**
- Read and interpret Isometric Drawings.
- Functional knowledge of piping systems components measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, bolt ups, torquing and bending of pipes, valves, and fittings.
- Assembles and installs piping sections according to drawings and specifications.
- Perform bolt-up and impacting on large bore piping and pumps.
- Perform rigging tasks, including identifying appropriate lift points.
- 100% compliance to Canoco's internal safety program and client on site safety training and programs. Ensuring the work is conducted in accordance with the applicable safety standards and protocol.
