- Requirements:_- Hours of work for this role will be Monday-Friday 5:00am - 1:00pm

- Duties and Responsibilities:_- Credit memo processing and analysis- Credit request spreadsheets from street sales- Run reporting for large credits for street sales- Credit Inquiries- Retail credit processing and reporting- Credit database - processing approved, submitting for approval, enter credits as needed from processing of daily delivery summaries- Return credit cases to pick locations- Approve customer credits- Separate Ajax/Milton credit cases- Process all credits from daily delivery summaries- Analyze credits from database and/or delivery summaries- Participate in trainings within interdepartmental meetings- Attend department meetings- Additional duties as required
- Required Qualifications:_- Foodservice experience and product knowledge is an asset- Excellent communication skills- Previous customer service experience- Team player- High level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under specific deadlines- Strong P.C. Skills, experience with Excel and Google Sheets required- High level of multitasking and organizational skills
