Siding Subcontractor

Looking for a skilled and experienced siding subcontractor to join our team

We have been in the London area for over 27 years and are a growing construction company that specializes in high-quality siding installations for residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a subcontractor who is committed to delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer service, resulting in highest achievable pay.

Responsibilities will include:

- Installing and repairing various types of siding materials such as vinyl, wood, and fiber cement
- Measuring and cutting siding to fit around windows, doors, and other architectural features
- Properly sealing and flashing siding to prevent water damage
- Working with other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in siding installation
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other trades
- Their own tools and reliable transportation
- Liability insurance, working at heights and WSIB coverage.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ontario: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Siding: 3 years (required)

Expected start date: 2023-03-31
