**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lighting Quotations Specialist to join our team. As a Lighting Quotations Specialist, you will be responsible for building quotes that meet customers' specifications and sending them to customers in a timely manner. This role requires familiarity with the electrical industry, strong organizing skills and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Gather and organize quote requests for projects into our computer system.
- Review the tender drawings for all relevant information to the company's scope.
- Verify that the part numbers that quotes are being requested for are complete and accurate.
- Obtain pricing for the part numbers from the manufacturers.
- Build quotes using the company's internal software, and send to customers.
- Follow up with customers after quote was sent for feedback.
- Communicate with company sales staff any updates on projects during and after they've been quoted.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the electrical industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales processes and pre-sales activities.
- Excellent organizing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet hard deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within the lighting industry.
- Previous experience with OASIS or similar sales software.
