Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) analyste FP&A qui sera responsable de l'analyse financière et de la planification budgétaire pour l'entreprise. Il/elle est ainsi chargé(e) d'analyser les données financières de l'entreprise pour aider les directeurs à prendre des décisions stratégiques et à atteindre les objectifs financiers de l'entreprise.

Vous relevez directement du VP Catalys Lubrifiant de la Division et vous aurez un lien fonctionnel avec le directeur FP&A.

Le lieu de travail est situé à Ville St-Laurent. Le poste est présentement en mode hybride : les mardis et jeudis sont en présentiel à notre bureau.

**Votre mandat**:

- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie financière de l'entreprise, y compris l'analyse des tendances du marché, la gestion des risques financiers et la planification à long terme.
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du budget annuel de l'entreprise en collaboration avec les autres départements.
- Fournir des analyses financières et des rapports sur les performances de l'entreprise, en identifiant les écarts par rapport aux objectifs et en recommandant des solutions.
- Effectuer des analyses de rentabilité pour les projets d'investissement et les initiatives commerciales.
- Participer à la fermeture comptable des États financiers mensuelles jusqu’à la "marge brute" après transport.
- Effectuer la préparation des présentations financières pour la direction.
- Contrôler et suivre les coûts des différents départements de l'entreprise et proposer des solutions d'optimisation de coûts si nécessaire.
- Mettre en place des outils de suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et analyser les écarts afin d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration de la performance.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus financiers et de gestion de l'entreprise.
- Suivi et veille des informations de la base de données client / Produits.

**Vos compétences**:
**Techniques**:

- Maîtrise intermédiaire de MS-OFFICE et avoir un niveau avancé sur EXCEL
- Expérience mínimale de 5 ans dans le secteur de la distribution et/ou de la production
- Expérience et facilité avec le système ERP
- Expérience POWER BI / Microsoft (atout)
- Très bonne connaissance en analyse financière, en technologies d’information et en système de ‘’business intelligence’’

- Fortes habiletés en communication verbale et écrite
- Grandes capacités à analyser et une grande force dans la résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à traiter plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à établir les priorités
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à établir une synergie avec les collègues, gestionnaires et dirigeants
- Capacité d’organisation et d’agilité dans le changement
- Capacité d'être à l'affût des problématiques qui peuvent survenir et des améliorations à apporter
- Disponible pour des déplacements occasionnels

Vous devez être bilingue pour occuper le poste (parler et écrit)
