**ROLE SUMMARY**

Our Carpentry Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Toronto-based carpentry team in their execution of our high-performance, luxury large-scale renovations. This will include having the pouch on and executing carpentry scopes to assist our team in producing the highest quality product.

To be successful in this role you would need to be a strong leader & team player who has extensive experience in executing carpentry scopes for high-end residential renovations.

**Below are some responsibilities you would fulfill on our team**:

- Successful on-site management of multiple carpentry teams in the GTA
- Strong understanding of structural framing in a renovation environment
- Exceptional execution of high-end trim & siding scopes
- Plan the project effectively by understanding expectations in order to estimate resources and achieve desired outcomes for the project
- Identify and resolve issues on-site and ensure effective resolutions that meet the needs of all parties involved
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site and ensure proper safety compliance
- Ensure all construction details are executed to perfection
- Work with the project team to effectively bring project aspirations to fruition
- Assess and optimize site conditions for continuous improvement
- Work with the team to ensure the projects stay on budget and schedule
- Provide daily reports to the Director of Operations on the current state of the projects

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in high-end residential carpentry
- Red Seal designation is considered a strong asset
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- A strong leader with exceptional hands-on carpentry skills
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively to execute projects on time and budget
- Strong organization skills are required
- Present a professional work appearance and positive attitude
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license

**This position is full-time Monday to Friday with hourly pay of approximately $45- $50 per hour based on experience.**

**Salary**: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
