Vue d’ensemble:
Le représentant au détail est responsable de l'exécution des activités de marchandisage et de vente en magasin dans le territoire qui lui est assigné.

Responsabilités:

- Suivre des instructions détaillées pour l'exécution des priorités des clients par la vente et le merchandising.
- Exécuter les relances de magasins, le réapprovisionnement des rayons, la négociation de l'espace d'exposition et d'autres tâches physiques.
- Rendre compte des activités en magasin et de l'exécution des tâches à l'aide d'un appareil portatif.
- Entretenir les relations en magasin et suivre toutes les procédures du détaillant pour l'accès au magasin.
- Communiquer régulièrement avec le superviseur de la vente au détail / chef d'équipe.
- Vérifier régulièrement les courriels pour obtenir des directives et des instructions concernant le travail en magasin.
- Accéder aux documents et outils de soutien à partir de sources partagées en ligne.
- Travailler de manière efficace pour maintenir les coûts dans les limites des budgets.
- Utiliser les ressources disponibles pour obtenir des résultats de haute qualité de la manière la plus efficace possible.
- Respecter les indicateurs clés de performance en matière d'efficacité, de qualité et d'exécution.
- Soutenir en permanence les processus, politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, ainsi que les responsabilités du poste.

Qualifications:
Pour accomplir ce travail avec succès, une personne doit être capable d'accomplir chaque tâche essentielle de manière satisfaisante. Exigences physiques : Dans le cadre de son travail dans les magasins de détail, l'associé devra s'asseoir, tendre les bras (au-dessus, en dessous et à bout de bras), se pencher, grimper, s'agenouiller, se tenir debout, s'accroupir, marcher sur des surfaces planes, soulever jusqu'à 50 livres, changer de position et manipuler et porter un appareil de 2 livres.

Éducation / Expérience : Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent à un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires avec expérience et/ou une formation pertinente d'un à deux ans ; ou combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience.

Certificats, licences, enregistrements : Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide et un véhicule personnel avec une assurance automobile valide.

Environnement de travail : Environnement de travail sur le terrain en magasin avec des déplacements sur le territoire assigné.

Compétences linguistiques : L'anglais est la langue principale, mais des compétences bilingues peuvent être requises dans certains domaines.

Responsabilités de supervision : Ce poste ne comporte pas de responsabilités de supervision.
