**Sales and Marketing Associate**

**The Position**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales & Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and develop potential business opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying potential customers.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales pitches to clients.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

**Marketing**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and analyze data to optimize strategies for improved results.
- Organizing and execution of events and PR opportunities.

**Communication & Collaboration**
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing departments, facilitating communication and information sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to provide valuable market intelligence.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and maintain brand guidelines across all marketing channels.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for marketing and continuous learning.

**What we offer**
- Base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Hybrid work available upon completion of 3-month probationary period

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
