Barista/supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to lead our brand new team of Baristas into the busy season and beyond.
Our new Coffee Shop - **Made Market** will be located in the Beautiful DoubleTree by Hilton downtown Regina. This position requires a high level of leadership and guidance with an emphasis on quality and relationship building with our clients.

Hours will primarily be **Monday-Friday day shift**. Some weekends may be required from time to time. Outlet is open from **6am -6pm 7days/week.**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure outlet delivers exceptional customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude at all times
- Ensuring all barista's establish rapport and connect with customers by immediate acknowledgement and greeting
- Follow all operational policies and procedures as established by DoubleTree \
- Ensuring that all opening and closing duties are completed to standard, including end of shift balancing of transactions, individual reports, and deposits
- You will lead the team in presenting a casual but comfortable setting where all guests feel welcomed and appreciated - with some personality of course~
- Coaching and guiding team to continuously upsell
- Counter and condiment table maintenance ensuring regular cleaning tasks are maintained ensure all new specials and promotions are set as per requirements and deadlines

**Salary**: $16.50-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
