**Concierge**

Spring Living Retirement Communities (springliving.ca), qui a récemment acquis Horizon Gestion de résidences, est un propriétaire/exploitant canadien de résidences pour personnes âgées en pleine expansion, qui possède et exploite actuellement 21 résidences pour personnes âgées en Ontario et au Québec. L'entreprise a un plan de croissance ambitieux qui prévoit l'acquisition de résidences pour personnes âgées de taille moyenne dans tout le Canada au cours des cinq prochaines années. La mission de Spring Living est de créer des environnements chaleureux, accueillants et sécuritaires pour les résidents, de favoriser les liens d'entraide et de fournir des services personnalisés par des membres de l'équipe qui s'engagent à avoir un IMPACT significatif chaque jour.

Spring Living est la plateforme de communautés de retraite du groupe BAZ, une société immobilière qui acquiert, développe, construit et repositionne stratégiquement des actifs dans toute l'Amérique du Nord.
- **Villagia de l'île Paton est à la recherche d’un concierge pour le poste suivant**:_
- Poste de 30 heures par semaine
- Lundi au vendredi de 13h à 19h
- 3 semaines de vacances après un an
- Gamme complète d'assurances
- Salaire de 17,64 $

**Ce que tu vas faire chez nous**:

- Nettoyer et maintenir la propreté de la résidence et de ces aires communes
- Exécuter les travaux lourds d’entretien ménager
- Accomplir certains travaux de réparation et d’entretien du bâtiment
- Assurer la surveillance de la résidence

**Ce que tu dois avoir pour travailler avec nous**:

- **Excellente forme physique** (déplacement de meubles, de bacs de rangement, etc.)
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent (souhaitable)
- 1 an d’expérience pertinente
- Habiletés manuelles et bonne condition physique
- Maîtrise de la langue française et de la langue anglaise
- Bienveillant, responsable et sympathique
