Starting at $22/hour+ depending on experience

This is an entry level shop labour position that would be best suited for an individual looking to gain skills and experience in an aluminum manufacturing setting.

Reporting to the company’s Shop Foreman, the Aluminum Finisher will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Preparing in-house manufactured aluminum products for powder-coating
- Grinding
- Sanding
- General assistance in shop

- Positive attitude and mindset
- Ability to work both as a team player and individually
- Ability to lift up-to 40lbs repetitively
- Self-driven and reliable
- Ability to work overtime when necessary
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- **Education and Experience**_
- Training will be provided in-house
- Experience using power-tools
- Experience using grinders and sanders, as well as previous work experience with aluminum products considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license or consistent ability to arrive to work on time necessary
