**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

You will provide operational and administrative service support to a portfolio of the bank’s UK and European syndicated loans. This role will work EMEA business hour shifts.

**What will you do?**
- The bank acts as Agent to syndicated credit facilities with multiple banks and lenders, the primary objective of the position is to provide day-to-day administration of these credit facilities in an efficient and professional manner
- The role includes:

- Process transactions upon request from assigned clients in accordance with the relevant Credit Agreement
- Process loan principal, interest and fee transactions as required by the Credit Agreement
- Assist with the daily reconciliation of the Agency internal accounts by following up for missing or excess funds
- Maintain the bank’s records and databases
- Work with other team members to deal with complex queries, contribute to IT or other projects, and resolving any issues as required
- Provide support for the growth of RBC Capital Markets lending business in UK and Continental Europe.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loan administration
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Ability to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks with time-sensitive deadlines.

**Nice-to-have**
- Prior experience in loans agency
- Fluency in French is an asset
