**Pay**: salary $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
**Job type**: full time, flexible work schedule, no weekends

**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Oversee and manage administrative activities and office operations
- Payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Ensuring that all employee timesheets are accurate and kept up to date for payroll preparation
- Ensuring that the companies payables and receivables are kept up to date
- Handling the company’s human resources needs
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment for new hires and onboarding new employees
- Working with ownership to develop strategic plans for future growth
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
- Other duties as required
- Business or office administration degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent experience with a strong finance skillset.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Great work ethic
**Computer/Technology knowledge**
Quick books, Microsoft office with an emphasis on excel and word
