**Working Arrangement**

**The opportunity**
This individual will work as a Scrum Master and ensures that all requirements are defined/refined and are tracked to end to end closure.
Drives the Agile(SAFE) ceremonies, represents the squad during PI planning, ensuring there is a iterative improvement in quality and speed of delivery
Should have strong Agile concepts and drives the Teams scrum & non-scrum teams to implements them (in spirit & letter)
**Responsibilities**:
- Agile/SAFE Scrum Master
- drive PI planning and agile ceremonies
- keeping JIRA boards up-to-date always
- highlights impediments/roadblocks and works to remove them
- ensures there is iterative improvement in quality and speed of deliveries
