Workland présente une opportunité de carrière passionnante pour notre client, **Creative At Home Inc.** basé en Colombie-Britannique, qui possède 2 marques principales **:CRAFT Artisan Wood Floors** et **UrbanWood Floors**.

**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**

Rapportant directement au PDG, le responsable marketing de Creative At Home Inc. aura pour mission de développer et de faire connaître les deux marques principales de l'entreprise: CRAFT Artisan Wood Floors et UrbanWood Floors.

**VOS TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS SERONT**:
- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies marketing et des campagnes globales visant à faire connaître les marques de l'entreprise, de la conception à l'exécution ;- Identifier les publics cibles, concevoir et mener de manière créative des campagnes de marketing à travers les canaux qui engagent, éduquent et motivent ;- Être responsable des campagnes de publicité numérique, du SEM et du SEO ;- Être responsable de la gestion et de la production de contenu de valeur pour la présence en ligne de l'entreprise, y compris les médias sociaux (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), etc ;- Créer du contenu pour les médias numériques et traditionnels, y compris le site web ;- Superviser un ou plusieurs membres de l'équipe du département marketing ;- Concevoir et réaliser des événements promotionnels et des salons professionnels ;- Contrôler les budgets et répartir les ressources entre les projets ;- Planifier et exécuter des initiatives pour le lancement de nouveaux produits ;- Suivre les progrès et soumettre des rapports de performance ;- Effectuer des études de marché générales pour se tenir au courant des tendances et des actions marketing de la concurrence ;- Être responsable des relations publiques et des partenariats stratégiques ;- Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente afin de soutenir les activités de développement commercial.

**LES EXIGENCES DE CE POSTE SONT**:
- Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine pertinent ;- 10 années d'expérience en tant que professionnel du marketing, y compris une expérience en gestion ;- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du marketing numérique et une expérience reconnue de réussite ;- Être au courant des dernières tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de marketing en ligne ;- Bonne connaissance du développement de sites web et des outils d'analyse ;- Aptitudes numériques, à l'aise avec les chiffres et l'interprétation des indicateurs ;- Capacité à voyager si nécessaire ;- Expérience dans le secteur de l'architecture et du design (un grand atout).
