Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Project Management Instructor to join our team at a Toronto engineering college. As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching courses related to project management within our program. Your expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques will contribute to the development and delivery of engaging and practical lectures, case studies, and hands-on exercises.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver curriculum for Project Management courses, covering topics such as project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, quality control, and team leadership.
- Utilize project management software and tools to simulate project scenarios and provide hands-on learning experiences for students.
- Assign and evaluate projects, presentations, and exams to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to foster their academic growth.
- Support student learning by providing guidance, mentoring, and assistance with assignments, career development, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in project management, incorporating relevant knowledge into teaching materials and methodologies.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and college staff to enhance the learning environment, contribute to program development, and participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, teamwork, and effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or higher in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, including expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, quality control, and team leadership.
- Teaching experience in a post-secondary or adult education setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools for simulations and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire students.
- Familiarity with engineering or technical disciplines is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with industry trends and advancements in project management.

Job Summary:
The Toronto engineering college is seeking a Project Management Instructor to teach courses within our program. As an instructor, you will develop and deliver curriculum, conduct interactive lectures and discussions, utilize project management software for simulations, assess student performance, and provide guidance and support. Your expertise in project management methodologies and tools will equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful project management careers across various industries. A Master's degree in Project Management or a related field, along with teaching experience and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, is preferred for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
