**Established Tree Company seeking reliable, punctual, hard working people for full time grounds crew positions to join our team. Opportunity for advancement and long term employment**.

** Shop is located outside Headingley. There is **NO bus service **and it is outside of the west perimeter. A **vehicle** is required to reach the starting point of the day**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Dragging brush and logs, hauling stump chips, raking, planting trees, and site cleanup.
- Must be able to follow directions in rigging large branches and logs out of trees.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more due to the use of heavy equipment and log removal.
- Driving truck and trailer between job sites.
- Using and helping to maintain wood chippers and stump grinders (employee will be trained in use of all equipment).

**Must have**:
**_Valid_ driver license and vehicle required. Due to the location of the shop there is no bus service to that area so vehicle needed.**

Upon hiring employee may need to obtain criminal record and vulnerable sector check.

**Preference to the position will be given to PERMANENT eligibility. Job time frame continues through the fall and into winter.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Drivers License (required)
