Salesperson - Roofing

**Job description**

At Superior Roofing Ltd we repair, replace, and service full building envelope on residential homes and commercial buildings. We are seeking an experienced salesperson who is self-motivated, conscientious, has exceptional inter-personal skills and a demonstrated drive for success. This is a full-time position working as an Ambassador for the Company and responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers, building trust and striving for potential leads which turn to potential sales.

**Duties of this Position**:
Estimate and understand blue prints
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and relationship building to expand the Roofing Sector of the Company working alongside the New Construction and Renovation division of the Company
- Primarily responsible for acquiring and developing new customers through effective prospecting and a variety of sales techniquies
- Be familiar with product materials, requirements and use
- Build and maintain relationships with new customers
- Maintains records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Ability to educate customers on how products and services can benefit
- Excellent sales skills while providing exceptional service
- Collaborates with other Senior staff on larger Company projects
- Strong Computer skills and access to computer with internet

Must have Valid Drivers License

**Compensation**:

- Base Salary + commission - dependent on experience
- Hours of work - Monday - Friday and some weekends as needed
- Gas allowance
- Working cellphone (Mobile phone allowance given)
- Health Benefits after 3 months of service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
