What you will do at Faddis Concrete Products:

- Follow work instructions **to ensure safe work practices and quality products**:

- Rake, level, tamp and **screen** concrete
- Place and check rebar in the product to specification
- Unload product
- **Clean molds and batching equipment**:

- Train and assist other hourly employees as required
- Any other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Supervisor/Foreman/Lead Hand.

**Requirements**:

- What you need to work for us:

- Must be able to push, pull & lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Be reliable, punctual and a good team player
- Able to follow through reliably on instructions and know when to ask questions
- Preferred skills: Able to read blueprints, accurately read measurements, basic math skills

We have lots of contracts to fulfill and are looking for more general labourers to help us meet demands.

**Salary**: $20.60 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mitchell, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
