**Job Summary**:
As a Budtender at The Bkry Cannabis, you will be the face of our company, creating an engaging and welcoming customer experience. Your role involves educating customers on cannabis products, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and supporting various operational duties to contribute to the store’s success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting The Bkry Cannabis values and mission.
- Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs, promoting responsible cannabis use.
- Demonstrate extensive cannabis knowledge to drive sales and provide individualized experiences that exceed expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cannabis products, consumption methods, devices, and accessories.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and The Bkry Cannabis standard operating procedures.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Support order fulfillment and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
- Provide feedback to your management team to help build our brand and elevate customer experiences.
- Perform deliveries from the store if you have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a cannabis dispensary is preferred.
- AGCO CannSell license required along with a clean police record check.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis, strains, and safe consumption methods.
- Passionate about cannabis products, brands, and education.
- Ability to lift 5-30 lbs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in handling and utilizing POS systems (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be available for shifts between 10am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Nice to have: a valid driver's license and own vehicle.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 25 per week
