Vous travaillerez galement avec des quipes logicielles agiles et interagirez directement avec les meilleurs experts dirigeant la transition nerg tique pour comprendre les domaines d opportunit, d velopper des produits coh rents avec des partenaires internes et externes et ravir nos clients avec des r sultats et des solutions in gal s. Vous servirez de voix technique de confiance tout au long du cycle de vie du d veloppement logiciel alors que nous d veloppons des solutions et des fonctionnalit s num riques qui stimulent l engagement et inspirent nos utilisateurs. Il s agit d un r le de haut niveau o vos contributions auront un impact direct sur de multiples domaines de service au sein de notre entreprise alors que nous soutenons la transition nerg tique et acc l rons le d ploiement des nergies renouvelables dans le monde entier.

**What You ll Do**
- Lead the gathering of business and user-focused requirements to support the product team, including defining the backlog and grooming user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring the user's perspective is represented
- Support the product team in understanding business needs for software, identifying the best solutions for meeting the needs, estimating impact value, and documenting software requirements
- Identify core business needs, break down and document operations into user stories, document business rules, and construct workflow diagrams, as needed
- Interview business stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements (scope, background, business case, etc.)
- Condense complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
- Assist Product Owner with sprint grooming, user story development, and prioritization
- Participate in and facilitate Agile events and other agile activities
- Support the product and development teams by gathering critical details, answering business questions, and coordinating collaboration with business stakeholders to facilitate decisions
- Support the Product and Data team with creating data visualizations and reports to enable users to grasp concepts, identify patterns, track KPIs, and make better business decisions

- Aider l quipe produit comprendre les besoins de l entreprise en mati re de logiciels, identifier les meilleures solutions pour r pondre aux besoins, estimer la valeur de l impact et documenter les exigences logicielles
- Identifiez les besoins principaux de l entreprise, d composez et documentez les op rations en user stories, documentez les r gles m tier et construisez des diagrammes de flux de travail, selon les besoins
- Interviewer les intervenants de l entreprise pour recueillir les exigences d taill es en mati re de produits (port e, contexte, analyse de rentabilisation, etc.)
- Condensez des processus d affaires complexes en histoires d utilisateurs claires et exploitables avec des crit res d acceptation
- Aider le propri taire du produit avec le toilettage de sprint, le d veloppement d histoires d utilisateurs et la priorisation
- Participer et faciliter des v nements Agile et d autres activit s agiles
- Soutenez les quipes de produits et de d veloppement en recueillant des d tails critiques, en r pondant des questions commerciales et en coordonnant la collaboration avec les parties prenantes de l entreprise pour faciliter les d cisions
- Soutenez l quipe produit et donn es en cr ant des visualisations de donn es et des rapports pour permettre aux utilisateurs de saisir des concepts, d identifier des mod les, de suivre les KPI et de prendre de meilleures d cisions commerciales
