Construction Labourer

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Demolition**:

- Safely and efficiently perform demolition activities on construction sites.
- Follow proper procedures for the removal of structures, fixtures, and materials.
- Handle and dispose of debris and waste in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and organized demolition process.

**2. Carpentry**:

- Execute framing, formwork, and other carpentry tasks as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Install and assemble structures, fixtures, and framework with precision and attention to detail.

**3. Painting**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching.
- Select and mix paint colors to achieve the desired finish.
- Ensure the quality and durability of painted surfaces by following industry standards.

**4. Drywall**:

- Install and finish drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding.
- Repair and patch existing drywall as needed.
- Measure and cut drywall sheets to fit specific areas.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to achieve seamless integration of drywall within projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Construction General Labourer with expertise in demolition, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Class G Licence (preferred)
