**Your main tasks will be**:

- Provide level 1-2 support for all Axxess International systems.
- Follow all department processes and protocols and maintain perennity of systems documentation.
- Ensure proper systems, database and network maintenance and backups are done on time.
- Deploy and update information systems required to improve efficiency and productivity of all users.
- Accomplishes all tasks and/or specific mandates assigned to him by his colleagues and supervisor.

**What we are looking for**:

- You are bilingual in French and English in order to be able to communicate with your future colleagues and clients based throughout Canada and the world.
- You have experience in IT support
- You have a good understanding of the following IT concepts: MS Office 365, Remote PC support (LAN/WAN), Cloud and SAAS models.
- You are motivated, autonomous and productive
- You like customer service
