At Dark Horse Estate Winery, we’re in the business of trailblazing. We established the first estate winery on the shores of Lake Huron in Huron County, a brand-new wine region. Continually evolving, we’re the dark horse in this race and we are looking for someone passionate about delighting our guests from around the world with an elevated winery experience at every touchpoint.

Job Summary:

- Greet guests in a friendly and timely fashion
- Explain the DHEW winery guest experience efficiently and in a clear, concise manner
- Direct guests to the winery experience of their choosing
- Serve customers by helping them select products
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and product knowledge
- Respond to guests questions
- Coordinating reservation system
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Be comfortable with operating POS system
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to use computer / phone
- Enjoy working with people
- Wine knowledge is an asset

$17-18/hour; daily Thurs - Sun / May - Sept
Opportunity for part time hours come September.
Must be 18+
Smart Serve an asset.

Wage will be based on experience.
