**Looking for the following**:
**EXPERIENCED Sales Associate**

**Part-time** - including **week-ends**

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate's mandate is to actively develop sales and establish relationships with clients as well as providing excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities would be the following:
You need to be able to identify with our client base and they need to be able to identify with you. They look to you as an expert.

Whilst upholding the image of ella+elliot by serving as an ella+elliot “Ambassador”, the Sales Associate’s other responsibilities include a variety of tasks related to a retail environment, such as keeping the store clean and stocked at all times, loss prevention, etc.

**MUST HAVE**:
2 years’ retail sales experience and customer service
Experience dealing with high-end products and customers with high expectations
Proven leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience meeting sales objectives

**Other requirements**:
Someone who keeps Motivated while also keeping themselves Accountable.

So seeking someone who is Trustworthy, Multi-tasker who is Customer-driven with Great organizational skills.

We want someone who is friendly, outgoing, understanding to anyone who walks into the store. Be an Subject Matter Expert when it comes to the products in the store. WOW the customers. Ensure that you are Comfortable demonstrating products such as strollers, including features and benefits.

**Job Types**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour.

**Schedule** to be discussed but it will be store hours.

Benefits not included as this is a small retail store.
