**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide correct parts to mechanics for shop work orders
- Keep service parts stock area in order
- Sourcing parts from aftermarket vendors
- Respond to customer inquiries for parts sale
- Drive sales growth by cross-selling, add on sales and exceptional customer service.
- Provide trouble-shooting support and service to customers experiencing problems in the field and selling repair parts as needed.
- Document customer quality issues as they arise and work with the team to resolve issues in a cost effective and expeditious manner.Utilize company information systems to process orders timely and accurately
- Provide administrative support to the Service and Warranty Manager
- Work together with Inventory management to maintain proper Service Department stock levels
- Enter outsourced parts onto Service work orders and issue Purchase Orders to Vendors
- Process internal Laser cut part orders issued from other Gincor Werx companies
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:

- 1-3 years parts experience.
- Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable with our products and services.
- A great mix of technical skills, customer management and an ability to close the sale
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and great attitude.
- Experience working with high volumes of product.
- Ability to work independently with an ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at working with urgency and deadlines.
- Follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
