Our sales team is eager to provide our customers with the solutions they need to realize their goals. They analyze the need, research the options, design the system, source the components and discuss, with the customer, the costs of the options available to them.

Our service team follows-up the sale with quality workmanship, and on time solutions.Our 18,000sq ft main facility, which offers sales, shipping, receiving, and service departments is situated in Manitou, Manitoba.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities Include**:

- Promote sales to existing clients
- Identify and solicit potential customers and clients
- Consult with customers and identify product to suit customer’s needs
- Provide after sales support and service

**Job Requirements and Qualifications Include**
- Demonstrated the ability to grow sales in a defined territory
- Familiarity with the agricultural industry, crops, grain handling
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to consult with customers and identify products to suit their needs
- Confidence addressing customer concerns
- A valid class 5 Driver's license is required
- Ability to travel Western Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta)

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manitou, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
