Lead Installer

We are seeking a **Lead Installer** to join our team. The Lead Installer will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various custom cabinet projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

**Role Description**
- Manage and lead a small team of installers to complete projects on time
- Install cabinets and other custom wooden builds according to specifications and company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installations
- Maintain accurate records of installations
- 25 - 35$ /h based on experience

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in installation or woodworking
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders
- French OR English
