We are looking to grow our team

Lily Rain Recovery Center is looking for Addictions Workers

Women helping women find their best life, using solution focused therapy, art-therapy, group work and one on one

We are a new center, devoted to finding solutions for our clients using SMART recovery, 12 steps, psychotherapy and group work.

Responsibilities Include

A team-based approach in decision making.

Facilitate psycho-educational groups e.g.; boundaries, anger management, stress management, life skills.

Monitor client progress, coordinate client care with team and complete any required documentation. Case management skills are required.

Respond to crisis and urgent situations in an empathetic and professional manner.

Those with lived experiencee are encouraged to apply.

Familiar with 12 step and SMART recovery

Facilitating psychoeducational groups, following binder provided using empathetic and approachable skills

Completion of a college or university program in social work, psychology, addictions or health-related discipline is required

Previous work experience in a social service enviroment or addictions facility is required

We are abstinence-based facility.

Recent vulnerable sector check is required

Recent CPR is required
