Merchandising Consultant

We are looking for an analytical, consultative individual, who is passionate about our product and has experience in merchandising planning, product assortment creation and/or product development, to join our team as the Merchandising Consultant at our Head Office in Regina

**What can you expect in this role?**

In the role of Merchandising Consultant, you will work with the design & product team to drive the creation and optimization of the Hillberg & Berk product line, incorporating our design vision to delivering best in class sales, inventory and margin results - utilizing external and internal client feedback and data to ensure the right product in the right place at the right time. You will develop a thorough understanding of the current and future product needs of our clients using internal and external data and through consultation with our retail, digital and brand teams.

As the Merchandising Consultant, you will assist in the merchandising strategy for new store locations and new product lines. You will enter data and maintain product databases and internal documents and manage the historic product catalogue. You will also gather, analyze, and report insights from markets and competitive product landscape across all channels and make recommendations to the product team based on your findings.
