Job Summary: As a House Cleaner at MYCLEAN INC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and creating a comfortable environment for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various cleaning tasks to ensure homes are tidy, sanitized, and visually appealing. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and possess a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces in assigned homes.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas to ensure a hygienic environment.

Make beds, change linens, and handle laundry duties as required.

Clean and organize interior spaces, including removing clutter and organizing personal belongings.

Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality standards.

Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment, following safety protocols and guidelines.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or special requests professionally.

Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality and respecting privacy.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately.

Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, and lifting.

Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity.

Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings, based on client demands.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different work locations.
