**Who We Are?**

TSC Nursery is a wholesale nursery located in Richmond, British Columbia. We produce several varieties of quality trees, conifers, broadleaved evergreens, woody ornamentals, perennials, ornamental grasses, native plants, and ground covers.

Versatile and competitive, we are a leading supplier of nursery stock to commercial contractors, residential landscapers, retailers, municipal governments, and other nurseries.

We are a local, family-owned and operated nursery with six growing locations and a production area totaling over 65 acres.

**The Role**

We are looking for a Pesticide Applicator to work closely with our assistant applicators and growers and report directly to the Production Manager. This is **a 6-month contract-based role that begin on March**

**1st, 2023, and expires on September 1st, 2023, with the potential for extension into a full-time**

**Your Responsibilities**

Production Manager

❖ Data collection and retention of records

❖ Maintaining an accurate inventory of pesticides, herbicides, and biocontrol agents

❖ Maintaining clean and organized workspaces and tool sheds

❖ Taking part in IPM tasks that include, but are not limited to: o Blocking off treated areas and ensuring re-entry period signs are posted in appropriate locations o Weeding, cleaning, and pruning crops to maintain plant health o Following standard sanitization procedures as per listed SOPs o Following safe work procedures and complying with all provincial and federal regulations of the _Integrated Pest Management Act_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
