**Covid 19 Screener**

Screeners/Swabbers are stationed at entrances and proactively screen all employees, visitors and patients in accordance with the most up-to-date public health guidelines prior to allowing entrance to our homes.

**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Ensure visitors are following COVID-19 rules & protocols
- Ensuring temperatures of all staff and visitors are taken and recorded
- Logging in all visitors
- administering Rapid tests
- Asking scripted questions to all staff and visitors upon entry to the home

**Job Requirements**:

- **Must have a healthcare background, such as PSW, Registered nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic etc.**:

- A Criminal Records and Vulnerable Sector Screening check to the satisfaction of Primacare Living Solutions.
- First Aid and CPR Certifications preferred.
- The ability to read, write, and communicate orally in English.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in LTC preferred.
- Proof of full immunization against COVID-19, in accordance with the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care's _Long-term care home COVID-19 immunization policy_.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
