**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and managing the company’s daily liquidity position;
- Preparing wire transfers, bill payments and stop cheque requests, etc.
- Play a supporting role in our TMS enhancement project, driving new features and efficiencies for the department;
- Entering and maintaining deal data in the Treasury Management System (TMS) for Debt, Commercial Paper, Letters of Credit, etc.;
- Preparing bank account documentation and assisting in the management of bank accounts;
- Preparing monthly and ad-hoc financial, compliance or audit reports.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program;
- Completed at least one year of University Studies in Commerce or Business Administration.

**Qualifications**:

- Resourceful, organized and highly motivated;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook tools;
- Ability to quickly master new software, specifically our TMS;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced team environment and to adapt quickly to changing priorities;
- Ability to deal professionally with internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
