Young & Associates Real Estate Appraisals & Consultants Ltd has an opening for EXPERIANCED Residential Appraisers in both our Bridgewater Head office and Halifax locations. We proudly serve all of Nova Scotia.

**Must be a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and current E & O insurance **.**

**Proof of Courses completed required along with Resume/CV**

Steady work with existing client base
- _Complete property inspections in all seasons_
- _Team player with strong work ethic_
- _Conduct themselves in a professional manner and have good communication skills_
- _Knowledgeable of real estate industry and construction_
- _Must be organized, be able to prioritize and multi-task, and have good time management skills_
- _Proficient writing skills, be thorough and attentive to detail_
- _Valid driver’s license_
- _follow Covid Guidelines _

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- appraisal report writing: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
