We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced and self-motivated Support Analysts to help our Support Desk team continue to deliver progressive enhancements to technological infrastructure across the City. Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure Manager through the Support Desk Supervisor, you will work alongside your teammates to deliver technological resource support. As a member of the ICT team, you will play a critical role in the design, development and implementation of corporate business initiatives by leveraging our technological tools. - Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Unwavering customer focus including providing white glove service for some VIP users
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build strong relationships and leverage interpersonal skills with peers in other fields of work
- Experience in Desktop management
- Desktop GPO - group policy management
- File share permissions
- WSUS for desktops
- Software license keys administration and Management
- Groups and Apps management
- Excellent in providing support for the following
- Windows 10 & Office 2016 technical support, activation and configuration.
- Apple MacOS technical support, activation and configuration.
- Active Directory/MS Exchange User account and mailbox administration.
- Mobile devices (smart phone and tablet) technical support, activation and configuration.
- Excellent in supporting/installing/management of PC/Laptop/Phone/Audio Visual equipment.
- Ability to perform Software evaluation, installation and testing on corporate desktops. Ranges from simple to complex installations.
- Ability to work within a team of technical analysts and be a team player
- Ability to work effectively and independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to lift computer equipment over 40 pounds
- Ability to generate and articulate new ideas and adapt effectively to new technologies
- Ability to create and update technical and end user documentation
- Ability to excel working under pressure to meet deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to arrange suitable transportation to travel to various worksites
- Participate in and/or coordinate desktop projects as required.

The City offers a competitive salary of $37.12 - $43.82/hour plus an excellent benefits package including the option to participate in an earned day off program. This position is based in Coquitlam with some flexible, hybrid work options available. Applicants under consideration may be required to undergo a police information check (with no adverse reports).
