Barista/bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic **Barista/Bartender** to join our team. As a **Barista/Bartender**, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Knowledge of bartending and cocktail creation is a plus
- Strong math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
